How AI assistants talk about your brand, and how to change it.
We help brands, and the agencies behind them, see how ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google’s AI describe and recommend them, and do something about it. Measured properly: the same questions, asked repeatedly, before and after.

Your buyers are asking AI
Instead of searching, buyers ask an AI assistant. The assistant decides which brands they hear about, and its answer can shift from one ask to the next.
ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Copilot and Google’s AI Overviews each answer differently.
How it works
01
We ask what your buyers ask
The questions they put to AI assistants, asked repeatedly rather than once.
02
We trace where answers come from
The sources that shape what gets said about you.
03
We change what can be changed
Your site, your listings, and the third-party sources the engines trust.
04
We measure again
Same questions, same conditions, reported honestly: whether things moved, held, or wobbled.
Why we ask more than once
Ask an AI assistant the same question twice on the same day and the sources it cites only partly overlap (arXiv 2604.07585). A single screenshot proves little, so we ask repeatedly and report what holds.

Founder
Arnav Jain founded Orpheon AI in 2026. His work has followed search from crawlers to answers, including as a product manager at Yahoo, where he delivered Yahoo's first generative AI search feature.
Orpheon grew out of a question from that work: when an assistant answers instead of listing links, how does it decide what to recommend?
